We had fun in our Mens Bible Study this morning. I gave them a test that we worked through during the Galatians study. Thought I would throw it out there for any to see and take. By the way, the Tutor is referred to in Gal. as the Law of Moses.

I missed 5, 13;16;21;22;23. Wasn't sure what was meant by tudor. Great test though, gives me some points to study. I like this kind of test.
Concerning #23. When did the Tutor's job end? For the believer, the correct answer would now be:

Ya "hot water," thanks for taking the test. Allow me to comment. (5) The moral demands of the Law, such as loving the Lord with all your heart...Not coveting, or killing, etc., are in effect today. They are repeated in the New Testament. (13) The Law reveals our unrighteousness. But it was brought up in class that in the following sense it does reveal our righteousness. It revealed Jesus, and He is our righteousness. (16) The Law doesn't save, because if you are guilty of breaking one point, you're guilty of breaking all, and this condemns all. (21) The believer is freed from the penalty of the Law. Our condemnation is over in Christ (See Col. 2:14). (22) This is false because unsaved Israel could not see the Teacher (Christ). (23) Two answers are correct here. As far as the Old Covenant goes, it ended at the death of Christ. The temple veil tore at His death. The Tutor's physical implements were destroyed in 70 A. D. (the temple, priesthood, sacrifices). But for the believer the Tutors role ends at salvation. The Law still reveals sin, revealing that man is a law-breaker in need of a Savior.
The quiz was fun and interesting. I will have to study the ones I got wrong.
